Revolving Loan (IGP)
The Revolving Loan Income Generation Program (IGP) is a special initiative tailored for widows in the MIDS operational area. This program aims to provide interest-free loans through Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to help widows start their own income-generating activities. Widows often face significant social stigma and pressure, especially when they are the sole providers for their families. MIDS endeavors to support these women by enabling them to start small businesses, thereby promoting self-reliance and improving their social standing.

Widows propose various IGP plans such as poultry farming, sheep rearing, cow rearing, milk selling, flower shops, small hotels, and cloth businesses.
Additional Support
For those already running successful IGPs, additional support is given to enhance their quality of life and augment their income.
Empowerment
Focused on enabling widows to ensure their children's education and achieve financial independence.
